What You Will Do:

  • Design attractive and user-friendly graphic elements for the online store, such as banners, product images, and sliders.

  • Develop visual content for marketing campaigns, including social media posts, ads, and email campaigns.

  • Enhance user experience with thoughtful and innovative designs.

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop creative concepts that engage our target audience.

  • Ensure visual consistency and adhere to our brand guidelines in all design work.

What You Bring:

  • A degree in graphic design or a related field.

  • At least 2 years of experience as a graphic designer, preferably within e-commerce or the fashion industry.

  • Strong skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).

  • Creativity, attention to detail, and a strong aesthetic sense.

  • Experience with design for digital platforms (e.g., social media and online stores).

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • A portfolio showcasing your best work (required).

About Us:

Harper Boston is a growing fashion boutique focused on women’s fashion. Our boutique combines style, quality, and excellent customer service to provide customers with the perfect shopping experience. For our physical store, we are looking for an energetic and dedicated sales associate.

What You Will Do:

  • Welcome customers and provide personalized style guidance.

  • Assist with selecting the right size, fit, and style.

  • Maintain an attractive store display and ensure the store is clean and inviting.

  • Handle customer inquiries both in-store and on the phone.

  • Assist with restocking and receiving new deliveries.

  • Operate the register and ensure a smooth checkout process.

What You Bring:

  • At least 1 year of retail experience, preferably in fashion.

  • A passion for fashion and a good sense of style and trends.

  • Strong communication skills and a customer-friendly attitude.

  • Flexibility to work in a store environment, including weekends and holidays.
