Shipping Policy:
Processing Time
Once an order is placed, we require 1–3 business days to process it. During weekdays, processing usually takes 1 day, but if you order on a Friday evening or weekend, it may take a bit longer.
Delivery Times:
Once processed, your order will be shipped. Average delivery time is 4–9 business days.
Order Cancellation:
After placing an order, it is immediately processed and prepared for shipping by our automated systems. Therefore, cancellation requests must be made within 12 hours of ordering. In most cases, we can cancel it in time, but we cannot guarantee this if the order has already been processed.
Shipping Costs:
We cover the shipping costs for every order. All our products are delivered to your home 100% free of charge. There is no minimum order value.
Order Tracking:
Once your order is on its way, we’ll send you an email with a tracking number so you can monitor your package.
Delayed?
We aim to deliver your order as quickly as possible. However, delays may occur. If your order is delayed by more than a week, please contact us with your order number by email and we’ll assist you.
Order Not Received?
Still haven’t received your package after the average delivery time? Please send us an email with your order number.

Return Policy
Welcome to our return policy. We understand that not every purchase meets expectations. That’s why we offer the option to return products under certain conditions. Please read this policy carefully, as agreeing to our terms at the time of purchase is binding and no exceptions will be made.
How to Return
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item within 30 days of receipt. To initiate your return, please follow these steps:
Return Request:
Please request a return form from our customer service by sending an email to info@harper-boston.com. Make sure to include your order number and the reason for the return clearly.
Return Conditions
To successfully return your products, please note the following conditions:

Return Window: Products can be returned up to 30 days after receipt. Returns beyond this period will not be accepted.

Product Condition: The product must be in the same condition as received: unused and in its original packaging. Hygiene items such as bikinis, lingerie, and underwear are excluded from returns.

Return at Your Own Risk: The return process is at your own risk. We are not responsible for lost or damaged products during return shipping. Our company is also not liable for customs-related losses or delays during the return process.

Track & Trace: A track & trace code is required for all returns. Please share this code with us so we can track your package. Without it, we cannot verify the return and you may forfeit your refund.

Pre-Approval: Please make sure your return is pre-approved by our customer service team. Returns without prior approval will not be accepted.
Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected at our warehouse, you will receive an email notification regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed within 30 days and credited to your original method of payment.
If you haven’t received your refund after 30 days, we recommend checking your bank account again. If it's still not received, please contact us.
Return Shipping Costs:
You are responsible for the return shipping costs. For your own safety, we recommend using a tracked shipping method. Returns should be sent to our central warehouse in China, and shipping costs start at €20.
Note:
All returns must be sent at the customer’s expense to our central warehouse in China. Returns without prior approval or not meeting the above conditions will not be accepted.
